Is there some way to bring the Trinket back to life?ģ. Without the time. We chose time.sleep (0.5), or half a second. Next, we give it a time.sleep () so it stays each color for a period of time. Did I do something wrong by plugging in my hub?Ģ. It sets the first LED to red using (255, 0, 0), then green using (0, 255, 0), and finally blue using (0, 0, 255). I replaced the Trinket with a Trinket Pro and everything works fine.ġ. Since then I haven't seen the red LED turn on although the green one works. I quickly unplugged the hub and let the trinket cool off. I tried pressing the reload button again but the trinket was almost too hot to touch. Then at one point I plugged in the hub so I had macbook->powered USB hub->trinket. The red LED only blinked during the 'ready to bootload' sequence after hitting the reload button or when powering up. After that, the IDE would claim it was done uploading the sketch but the LED wouldn't blink. I got around that by plugging in to a USB 2.0 hub. I was trying to get started with a new 5V Trinket by running the default blink sketch and had trouble getting the code to upload.Īt first the Arduino IDE had trouble finding the board.
